About the department:

The department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in 2009 to create socially responsible, strong minded technocrats who will be able to lead a morally bound society. The Computer Science and Engineering is a study of the Theoretical Foundations of Information, Computation and of practical techniques for their implementation and application in Computer system. It is the Systematic study of Algorithms that create, describe and transform the information. The staff members instill a sense of creativity in the students and in turn, the students are very much interested in learning the latest technologies in the computer field. We have well-experienced staff members and well-equipped lab. The students are allowed to use the lab at any time.

The Team

Computer Science and Engineering department headed by Mr. G. Rajesh Kumar the team consists expert members in different fields like Data Structures, Computer Networks, Operating System, Database Management System etc., each member of the team is encouraged by the head and management to attend Conferences, Workshops, and Seminars etc., and the every six months to enhance their knowledge in their respective fields.

Student Experts

Students are well experienced in new technologies like Cloud computing, Oracle 11g, Vedic mathematics, Computer hardware etc., some of the students attended Conferences, Seminars held in various places in Tamilnadu. One of our students even bagged First prize in the conference conducted by Sri Krishna and VLB Institutions. The staff members encourage the students to enhance their co-curricular activities so that they participate in various events and develop their overall skills.

Students run an association called “RENCE ELMUNDO” ( the French phrase meaning ‘Reboot the World’) which organizes several events for the students across India every year.

The department also takes the students on industrial visits to the following places

• Hindustan aeronautics Ltd – Bangalore.
• American Online – Bangalore
• Infosys  – Hyderabad
